Because our quail and eggs are produced in limited batches, many items are reserved before they’re even ready. To keep things fair, we open our store for ordering at specific times.
If the store isn’t open right now, don’t worry—just join our availability list and we’ll send you a notice as soon as ordering opens.

When birds or eggs are available, you can place a reservation through our website. Some items may require a small deposit to secure your order.
This helps us plan collection schedules and ensures customers receive the freshest eggs or healthiest birds possible.

After your reservation is placed, we will contact you to confirm timing, availability, and pickup details.
Availability may vary depending on:

Pickup or Delivery
Most orders are picked up directly from our farm on the South Cumberland Plateau.
For certain items, additional delivery or shipping options may be available depending on weather conditions and location.
Pickup details will be coordinated after your reservation is confirmed.
Final Payment
If a deposit was used to reserve your order, the remaining balance will be due at pickup or before delivery depending on the product.
